Walk with Mountain Rescue

It's not every day you have the opportunity to join a highly trained member of the English Lake District Mountain Rescue Team for a guided walk in the Lakeland fells. So it is a real pleasure to be joined by the Team Leader from the Langdale & Ambleside Mountain Rescue Team (LAMRT) on a selection of special Country Adventures walking weekends in the Lake District.

Everyone knows that the Mountain Rescue is a dedicated team of people who share a love for the mountains and have a wealth of experience walking in them and this will without doubt shine through during our Mountain Rescue walking weekends. The weekends will also be a great opportunity to gain an insight into the life of a mountain rescue team member and how the mountain Rescue Team operates, we're pretty sure there'll be a few mountain tales and stories shared with you also.
