Kayak and Plunge Pools
In the morning take to the shores of Ulswater in waiting kayaks for a paddle of England's 2nd largest lake which sits amidst the splendour of some of the finest fells in the Lake District. Learn new kayaking skills and develop existing ones. Exploring the lake there is an opportunity to try an invigorating cliff jump into the lake.
Paddle back to shore for some lunch then in the afternoon get into wetsuits for one of the best adventure sports, gorge scrambling that runs alongside YHA Helvellyn, experience plunge pools and bring out the wild swimmer in you.
Once back at the hostel enjoy an evening BBQ from our mountain retreat.
Sunday, a walk from the doorstep of our accommodation - many options available and with a 6 mile walk of Helvellyn & Swirral Edge a possibility, we are spoilt for choice.

Summary Itinerary
- Day 1 - Check in available from 5pm. Welcome Evening at 8pm
- Day 2 - Kayaking Adventure & Gorge Scramble with plunge pools
- Day 3 - Departure Day. Guided mountain walk. The weekend will finish between 4-5pm.
